What is a Residential Property Inspection?

The intent of a property inspection is to observe installed systems and components in a residence and submit a written report to the client which will include:
    1. Structural Components
    2. Roofing System
    3. Exterior Components (flashing, siding, etc.)
    4. Electrical System
    5. Heating System
    6. Insulation & Ventilation
    7. Plumbing System
    8. Interior Components (primary windows and doors, etc.)
    9. Appliances
    10. Fireplaces & Solid Fuel Burning Appliances
    11. Grounds (drive way, sidewalk, retaining walls, etc.)
    12. Wood Destroying Organisms
    13. Advised Maintenance

A property inspection report will be provided to the client, buyer's agent, and seller's agent.

Please note that the inspection is limited to a visual inspection.
